Aniba

We decided to spend our ladies' night at Aniba as they have their speakeasy nights on Saturdays. Unfortunately, the night was dull, and the place had very few patrons on this particular Saturday night. We tried a couple of dishes, and nothing stood out as special and have to agree with other reviewers that the food quantity was measly . One of our guests had a cocktail, which the restaurant staff kindly remade when given feedback about the quality. Service was impeccable, though. The ambience was brilliant, too. Expensive place, and most dishes are overpriced .. so be mentally prepared to spend.

Uninspiring and pretentious food, cheap ingredients that do not justify the price tag of the dishes. Almost every dish we ordered had coriander as garnish. Service was also slow. When we asked for our next dish after approximately 20 minutes of our last dish being empty, the server was defensive and said that the restaurant would like us to pace ourselves instead. What nonsense. Just letting us know that you would check with the kitchen would be sufficient. To be fair, the ambience and their lady finger kebab were pretty decent. However, would not return or recommend.

Went for dinner. Good vegetarian options since I don't eat animal protein. The ambience was good, and the staff was also friendly. The views from the restaurants are amazing. The place is quite high end and costly. Portion sizes for some of the starters are quite tiny so you need to order multiple dishes. The entrance to the restaurant is the most tricky . If you put Aniba on grab it takes you to an entirely different place. Hope there is a way for them to get the correct location pinned on Google maps .

What an amazing Restaraunt. Location overlooking the harbour is fantastic. The design by Nir Ran is simply sensational. Really cool vibe -beautiful decor which mixes Tel Aviv chic with the best from the Orient. The menu is sheer gourmet level with an extensive non meat menu. Amuse bouche,delicious,appetisers sensational,mains imaginative and full of flavour and desserts simply scrumptious. Gilly made is more than welcome. Better than any kosher Restaraunt in the U.K.,USA,France,Italy & Israel. The flavours concocted by Meir Adoni are out of this World. Best drinks menu,fabulous cocktails and wonderful array of whiskies. Simply superb dining experience !

some level of expectations comes when choosing to dine at a restaurant that commands a price tag in the higher range. some may beg to differ but the expectations are not confined solely to the menu offerings but ambience and service as well. i was immediately impressed by the ID when the lift doors open to Aniba. what i thought were dragon/snake scales were actually fish scales which is actually an introduction to the menu - kosher pareve. Yes, Aniba is 100% Kosher and only offers Pareve dishes. It was our first visit and our host, Jack made us feel absolutely welcomed. He gave us very good recommendations to the dishes and wine. You know a host is sincere when he can share about the flavour profile of each dish and can advise that the number of dishes ordered is enough; any more items would be and an over kill, even though over-ordering would increase the sales of the day. some dishes that i really loved - the Crispy Cone, Tokyo Bluefin Tartare and Kubaneh with the crushed tomatoes and Schug. While the bouillabaisse and hummus wowed me in the Jaffa Shore-Line, the fish was a little overcooked which was slightly disappointing. I also would have preferred if pomegranate replaced the rose petals in the Eggplant Carpaccio to add a little fruity sweetness and crunch because the rose petals did nothing to the dish. i have seen previous reviews by other patrons and while the music was still a little loud for this elderly but after my own experience last night, it appears to me that Aniba did steps to improve from the feedback given. It is a place with a lot of potential and i would return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aniba, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. First and foremost, I have to commend Chef Ido Zarmi, for a beautifully orchestrated culinary experience. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. The flavors were exquisite, and the attention to detail in each plate was truly impressive. The menu offered a delightful variety of options, and it's clear that the Chef is a true master of their craft. Additionally, the bar service at Aniba deserves special recognition. The bartenders were not only skilled in crafting delicious cocktails but also attentive and personable. They took the time to understand our preferences and made excellent recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal. The overall dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the kitchen's culinary expertise and the outstanding bar service made for a memorable evening. I can't wait to return and savor more of their delectable creations. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers both exquisite food and top-notch service, Aniba is an absolute must-visit.

It is a cozy place for gatherings or date nights. I went on a Sat so the DJ was spinning. Music is slightly loud but still acceptable. Cocktails are pretty standard and come with kick of alcohol unlike some party cocktails. The Israeli wines are pretty interesting in my opinion. Food wise, I think if you’re a fan of kosher food, you will definitely enjoy them. I’m not a big fan but overall still palatable. Worth at least a try! I love the bar seats though!
